Mikki's Brandy Gooey Buns

Ingredients
- 125g butter
- 100g Brown sugar
- 125g caster sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100g sultanas
- 2 tbs brandy
- 225g self raising flour
- Pinch of salt
Method
- STEP 1Pre heat oven to gas mark 4 (180ð)
- STEP 2Mix & cream butter, caster & Brown sugar, until a smooth paste
- STEP 3Once smooth mix then add the lightly beaten egg and vanilla extract
- STEP 4In stages adds the flour and salt until smooth, then add sultanas & brandy mix together until absorbed
- STEP 5Then pop the mixture into bun cases, put into oven for around 15 minutes then leave to cool. The buns should be gooey and crispy on the outside
