Easy to make but bland will try using peppers and spring onions in future or a little pesto spread, salmon or bacon

Can I stuff halved hard-boiled eggs with beef thyme leaves and a little bit of cheese?

This is a lovely recipe. The sundried tomato really compliments the scrambled egg. It's our 'go to' lazy Sunday morning breakfast.
