Easy to make but bland will try using peppers and spring onions in future or a little pesto spread, salmon or bacon

This is a lovely recipe. The sundried tomato really compliments the scrambled egg. It's our 'go to' lazy Sunday morning breakfast.

I used bell pepper and spring onion instead of tomato, first time i havent needed ketchup with my scrambled eggs!
