Method

  • step 1

    Whizz apricots with dates and cherries in a food processor until very finely chopped. Tip into a bowl and use your hands to work in coconut oil. Shape the mix into walnut-sized balls, then roll in sesame seeds. Store in an airtight container until you need a quick energy fix.

Can't wait to make these again, certainly went down well. I double the in ingredients. This recipe reminded me of chocolate truffles even though there was no addition. I made a few changes due to lack of dates and sesame seeds in my store cupboard. Organic dried Turkish Apricot are not to sweet…
