Omit Oats for reduced carb, or replace with banana for spot of sweetness, spoon of tumeric for additional medicinal benefits - and a subtle taste kick. Small spoon of greek yogurt, dark choc grating and mint leaf garnish - Served in small gold rimmed tumbler.....and its like a drink of the GODS.

Used 4 or 5 mandarins as I didn’t have any oranges, increased the ginger a little and it definitely needed the extra 150ml of water. Delicious

Tasty but could use more ginger. I'd use half a cup of orange juice and give the ice a miss. It's a bit fibrous for people who like their smoothies smooth .

Maybe I did this wrong but it didn’t come out great! Are you suppose that the skin off the orange itself because their was a lot of orange skin in it

KikiKitchenQueen

The recipe calls for “2 oranges, peeled”. So, yeah, you shouldn’t have used the oranges with the skin on.
