Amanda has worked as a journalist for Channel 4, UKTV Food, delicious. magazine, Time Out and the Guild of Fine Food. Mid-career she took a year out to complete the Leiths Food and Wine diploma. She has also been editor and associate editor at bbcgoodfood.com.
Amanda is passionate about teaching children how to cook, and volunteers with the charity, Kids Cookery School, in Acton, London, as well as at a local primary school. As a French and British national she draws her culinary inspiration from both sides of the channel, as well as further afield. Amanda has contributed to several cookbooks including award-winning Samarkand.
