Easiest ever smoothie bowl
Treat yourself to BBC Good Food's easiest ever smoothie bowl. Packed full of fruit and flavour, this beautiful bowl makes a filling breakfast or brunch
Points to remember:
- Chop ½ a small pineapple and put in a blender with 2 bananas, sliced, 1 mango, chopped, the juice of 1 orange and 2 tbsp natural yogurt. Blitz until smooth then pour into 2 bowls.
- Decorate with your choice of toppings. We used dessicated coconut, oats, kiwi fruit, pumpkin seeds, whole almonds, pomegranate seeds and stars cut from fresh pineapple using a cookie cutter.
