question

How do I make the '30ml espresso or strong coffee'?

Is it a teaspoon of coffee/espresso granules with 30ml of water? Or do I make it like a regular cup and take 30ml from it? Please help! :)

Hi, you want it to be quite strong coffee as it will be diluted by the milk and other flavours, so yes add at least a teaspoon of coffee or espresso granules to just 30ml of boiling water to make a good strong shot of coffee. Best wishes, BBC Good Food Team.
