- 600g of very lean lamb cut into cubes
- 1 fresh bipins methi masala (from www.bipins.co.uk)
- 2 tbsp of water
- 10g of chopped coriander
- 12 fresh ginger match sticks
- wedge of lemon
Method
step 1
Marinate the lamb with the bipins methi masala for 1hr and add the water and cook on low heat in a lidded to pan to retain the moisturestep 2
rest for 5 minutes and garnish with coriander and ginger sticks and a squeeze of lemon
