  • 600g of very lean lamb cut into cubes
  • 1 fresh bipins methi masala (from www.bipins.co.uk)
  • 2 tbsp of water
  • 10g of chopped coriander
  • 12 fresh ginger match sticks
  • wedge of lemon

    Method

    • step 1

      Marinate the lamb with the bipins methi masala for 1hr and add the water and cook on low heat in a lidded to pan to retain the moisture
    • step 2

      rest for 5 minutes and garnish with coriander and ginger sticks and a squeeze of lemon
