Base:
- 100g Digestive Biscuits
- 60g Butter
Filling:
- 50g Butter
- 100ml Double Cream
- 200g Chocolate
- Top With Whipped Cream & Sprinkle With Grated Chocolate!
Method
- STEP 1Crush Biscuits.
- STEP 2Melt 60g Butter & Add Crushed Biscuits.
- STEP 3Put Mixture Into Serving Dish & Press Down.
- STEP 4Put In Fridge To Set.
- STEP 5In A Saucepan:
- STEP 6Melt 50g Butter - When Butter Is ALMOST Melted Add The Cream & Remove From Heat.
- STEP 7Stir In Chunks Of The Chocolate. Mix Until Ingredients Are Combined & All Chocolate Is Melted.
- STEP 8Pour Over Set Biscuit Base & Return To Fridge Until Set.
