  • 250g strong flour
  • 7g (1 Sachet of Yeast)

  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 175ml warm water
  • 15ml oil

Ingredients for (Topping)

  • Sauce/tomato puree
  • 2 mushrooms
  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 green papper
  • 25g sweetcorn
  • 50g cheese,e.g Mozzarella
  • 1×5ml spoon dried herbs

    Method

    • step 1

      1. preheat oven to Gas mark 6 /200°c / 190°c fan
    • step 2

      Weigh and sift the flour into a bowl
    • step 3

      Stir in the Yeast,salt, sugar and oil
    • step 4

      Make a well in the center of the flour and add warm water
    • step 5

      Work into a soft dough with your hand
    • step 6

      Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 -10 min
    • step 7

      Roll out the dough on a floured surface to from a large circle
    • step 8

      Transfer the dough to the baking tray
    • step 9

      Spread the passatta sauce over the dough with the back of a spoon
    • step 10

      prepare the Vegetables: slice the mushroom and slice the tomato
    • step 11

      Remove the core from the green pepper and slice into thin strips
    • step 12

      Arrange the mushroom, tomato , green papper and sweetcorn over the base.

      Arrange the mushroom, tomato , green papper and sweetcorn over the base.

      Grate or slice the cheese
    • step 15

      sprinkle or place the cheese and herbs over the top of the pizza.
    • step 16

      place the pizza in the oven and bake 10-15 minutes, until golden brown
    • step 17

      Bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown
