- 20cm cake tin
- 125g sugar
- 125g self raising flour
- 125g butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1tblsp whole milk
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2tsp vanilla paste
Method
step 1
preheat oven to 180°step 2
grease and line tinstep 3
cream sugar and butter until smoothstep 4
beat in the eggsstep 5
add in the vanilla pastestep 6
sift in the flour and cinnamonstep 7
add in the milkstep 8
pour into tin and smooth out until evenstep 9
bake for 20-25minsstep 10
leave to cool for 5mins before removing from the tinstep 11
place on wire rack until coolstep 12
cut, serve and enjoy!
