For the pastry

  • 900g of a jucy fruit (prune/peach/blueberries...)
  • 60g of flour
  • 100g of brown sugar (thin)
  • 100g of butter
  • 2 tbp of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of nutmeg
  • 100g of oats

For serving (optional)

  • yogurt/wipped cream for serving

    Method

    • step 1

      Preheat the oven at 175ºC or 350ºF
    • step 2

      Cut the fruit chosen and set it up in a baking pan.
    • step 3

      Mix flour, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in a bowl using a pastry cutter or two knives until evenly crumbled.
    • step 4

      Fold oats into flour mixture; sprinkle and press topping into the fruit setted in the pan.
    • step 5

      Bake in the preheated oven until topping is lightly browned, about 30 minutes.
