Vegetable oil for brushing
- 2 free range egg whites
- 100g icing sugar
- 260g flaked almonds
- Grated zest of 1 orange
- 100g Dark chocolate (optional)
Method
step 1
line a baking tray with baking paper and oil itstep 2
mix the egg, almonds, orange and sugarstep 3
with wet hands take little blobs out and place on tray then squish as thin as possiblestep 4
back at 150c for 12 minsstep 5
after cooling brush one side with melted chocolate
