Ingredients
1 tablespoon oil
450g/1lb beef mince
2 small or 1 large onion, finely chopped
1-2 chillis, finely chopped (or use approx 1 teaspoon dried chilli flakes or 1 teaspoon 'lazy chillis') - add more if you like it hot!
Half teaspoon chilli con carne powder
2 x 400g baked beans
Keep the screen awake with cook mode on the
Good Food app.

Method
step 1
Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the mince and the onion over a medium to high heat until browned
step 2
Add the chilli and spice powder and stir
step 3
Add the baked beans and simmer for approx 10-15min until the onion is soft.
step 4
Season with salt & pepper to taste. Serve with boiled rice or in a wrap.
