  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • ¼ lime
  • 5 strawberries
  • 50ml bacardi rum
  • 150 ml sparkling water

    Method

    • step 1

      Take the mint leaves and the sugar and put them in the bottom of the glass, then using the bottom of a rolling pin mash the sugar and mint together until all of the mint juices have come out, add in the strawberries and lime and give it another mash. Pour the rum in and give it a little mix, top the glass up crushed ice and a little sparkling water. Sit back and enjoy.
