Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Malt Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 + 1/12 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 2 tsp Tamarind Paste
Method
- STEP 1Gently heat the vinegar, sugar and soy sauces in a small pan until the sugar has dissolved.
- STEP 2Stir in the remaining ingredients and set aside to cool.
