
Lime & Coconut Slices

The perfect recipe to make for a quick post workout snack or healthy treat. These raw slices are so easy to throw together and will give you a burst of nutrients in such a tasty way. Be rude not to try this one

- 3 cups of cashews
- 3 limes
- 1 cup of grated coconut
- 1 cup of coocnut chips
- 2 tablespoons of coconut butter
- 1 tablespoon of protein powder (optional)
Method
step 1
Put everything except your limes and half your coconut chips in your food processorstep 2
Half your limes and squeeze in the juicestep 3
Pulse your food mixer until your ingredients are roughly blended and sticking togetherstep 4
Flatten out into a shallow dish like you would a brownie mix and freeze for 10 minutesstep 5
Then sprinkle on the rest of the coconut chips and grate some zest off your limes for a topping and slice up
