- 1/4 Cup Cottage Cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Butter
Method
step 1
Put eggs, cottage cheese, salt and pepper into blender. Blend until smooth.step 2
In a small fry pan, melt enough butter to coat bottom. Pour eggs into fry pan.step 3
Without stirring, gently push cooked portion to centre and continue until all eggs are fully cooked but not dry.
