1. Banana and Cream
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 dollop of 'squirty' cream
- 50g white chocolate
- 2-4 biscuit oreos
2. White Chocolate and Raspberry
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 dollop of 'squirty' cream
- 50g white chocolate
- 2-4 biscuit oreos
- A handful of raspberrys
- A small handful of white chocolate chips
- 50g white chocolate
- A handful of almonds
- A dollop of 'squirty' cream / vanilla ice-cream
Method
step 1
1. Banana and Cream: Slice the banana equally and spread around the pancake base. Melt the white chocolate in a bowl over a pan with a little simmering water. Whilst the chocolate is melting, squirt some cream either in one space or around the outside. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the top and sprinkle crushed oreos over.step 2
2. White Chocolate and Raspberry: Fill the raspberry's with the white chocolate chips and spread them over the pancake. Melt the white chocolate in a bowl over a pan with a little simmering water.Once it has fully melted, drizzle over the raspberry's. Sprinkle the almonds on top and put a dollop of the cream or ice-cream on one side.
