- 1.5 lb of beetroot
- 0.5 lb apples
- 0.5 lb sugar
- 0.5lb onions
- 0.5 pint vinegar
- 0.25 tsp ginger
- 0.5 tsp mustard seeds
Method
step 1
cook and dice beetroot, peel, chop and dice apples and onionsstep 2
put all ingredients except for beetroot into large pan and boil until tender,step 3
add beetroot and boil for further 10 minutes.
