  • 1 banana
  • 2 handfuls of frozen (or fresh) raspberries
  • 1 Weetabix bar
  • 1 Danio yogurt (for the high protein)
  • 150ml of apple juice

    Method

    • step 1

      Put all the ingredients into a smoothie maker or blender, and blitz. Makes roughly a pint of quite thick smoothie - add more apple juice if you prefer a smoother consistency.
