- 1/4 lb bacon
- 2 onion's
- 1 teaspoon mixed hearb's
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Method
step 1
fry onion's in dripping or cooking oilstep 2
cut up rabbit in to cube's dry rabbit and flour and fry till brown add baconstep 3
remove to casserrole dish add stock cover and simmer for 2 hour'sstep 4
potatoes may be added if dersired
