Ingredients
- 2 x 375g oven-ready partridges
- 1 Large onion - Chopped
- 30g butter
- 1 Pack of Parma Ham
- Salt and Pepper
Method
- STEP 1Preheat the oven to 220°C/fan 200°C/gas 7
- STEP 2Rub the skin of the Partridges with half of the butter and season with salt and black pepper, Place the remaining butter and the chopped onion inside the birds cavities
- STEP 3Wrap two pieces of Parma ham around the birds and then place the birds snugly inside a roasting tin
- STEP 4Roast in the Oven for approximately 30 minutes
- STEP 5Serve with your choice of seasonal veg
