Not enough chocolate for the top at least double it and add way more butter and chocolate to mix biscuits and malteser in to otherwise very dry

    question

A colleague made these at my old work place and they were to die for. I’ve made this twice and both times it’s almost like it’s not setting completely? Is it supposed to be slightly soft? Or like a chocolate bar?. Am I not putting enough digestives in? Help :(

I made in a 20 cm square tin and topped with 200g of white chocolate as 100g definitely not enough to cover. I also saved some maltesers, cut them in half and decorated each square with half Malteser

A very yummy tray bake. Very easy to make. I added some melted milk chocolate to the top, then swirled some melted white chocolate on top of that and it actually looked really nice. Went down very well at a party this weekend. :)
