  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1tsp dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp groundnut oil
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • you will need a jar with a lid to mix

    Method

    • step 1

      Mix white wine vinegar with salt & pepper in jar. Put lid on & shake until salt has disolved
    • step 2

      Add dijon mustard & shake again
    • step 3

      Add oil & garlic & shake well
    • step 4

      Serve over salad or new potatoes or french beans
