- 1 large tin artichoke hearts (in water, not oil) chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic crushed
- 4oz (113g) mayonnaise
- 4oz (113g) fresh parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredientsstep 2
pour into ovenproof dish to bakestep 3
15 minutes in a hot ovenstep 4
Serve with Pumpernickel bread, tortilla chips you can even serve it with hot chips!step 5
Add chopped Chillis and Tabasco to give it a kick
