- 1 Cal Oil Spray
- 1 Tin Butter Beans
- 1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 Onion, Chopped
- 1 Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
- 1 TBSP Tomato Puree
- 1/2 TSP Chili Flakes
- 1/2 TSP Turmeric
- 1/2 TSP Paprika
- 1/2 TSP Garam Masala
- 1/2 TSP Chili Powder
- 1/2 TSP Oregano
- 1 TSP Curry Powder
- 200ml Water
Method
step 1
Heat oil in a pan on a medium heat.step 2
Add the butter beans, onion, pepper, garlic, chili flakes, turmeric, paprika, garam masala, chili powder, oregano, and half of the salt.step 3
Cook for 5 minutes, add the water, and then cook for a further 5 minutes.step 4
Add the tomatoes, tomato puree, curry powder, and the rest of the salt.step 5
Heat through and season as desired.step 6
Serve with rice.
