Method
step 1
Mix the orange juice, vinegar, chilli and onion in a large bowl, and mix with a little salt. Add the cabbage, radishes and coriander, and toss really well.

trying to use stuff up in my veggie box, I came across this recipe. Really impressed. The orange gives it a really nice zesty taste. We didn’t have fresh chilli so I put a little dried chilli instead. Definitely making this again. Super easy and so tasty. Needed a little salt.
