- 90ml fresh lime juiceplus lime slices to serve
- 120ml lychee syrup
- non-alcoholic sparkling winefor topping up

Method
step 1
Blitz the prepared watermelon in a blender until smooth.
step 2
Tip some ice, the lime juice, lime slices, lychee syrup and puréed watermelon into a large pitcher, and stir well. Top up with non-alcoholic sparkling wine and stir.
