Method
step 1
Finely chop the artichokes and a handful of rocket. Mix together with the crumbled feta. Spoon the mixture into the pickled cherry peppers and serve.

Made with fresh mini peppers and I used sun dried tomatoes since I couldn't get artichokes. Yummy

Nice recipe, very easy. The only downside is that the children were put off by the artichokes - they looked like bogeys :(
