Method
step 1
Roughly mash half of the strawberries and then slice the rest. Divide between 4 small bowls. Top with a couple of broken meringue nests and scoops of pink ice cream.

I like to do this using strawberries and raspberries and using cream instead of ice cream. its always a fav with my family and friends.

Delicious but so simple! I had to make another round of them for my guests. No thirds though, as I ran out of ice cream.

I love to make meringues,, so this is easy and 100% easy. Great even if you dont have pink ice cream.
