Method

  • step 1

Heat oven to 220C/200C fan/gas 7. Mix the barbecue and chipotle sauce in a bowl. Place the pizza bases on 2 large baking trays and spread over the sauce. Scatter the mozzarella over the pizzas, then top with the sweetcorn, peppers and chicken.

  • step 2

Bake for 20 mins, swapping the trays over halfway through cooking, until the cheese has melted and the pizza is piping hot. Scatter with the coriander and the green chillies, if you like it extra spicy.

This pizza tastes amazing. Its the one my children always ask for, when i say im making pizza. I make my own base and the mixture of the chicken, bbq sauce, peppers etc. Its soooo good. Try it, you wont be disappointed.

This was an excellent pizza. Very quick to make up and tasted lovely. As per the comment below, much better than a takeaway pizza.

Delicious! Even better than a take away. Didn't add chicken or coriander and still a hit. Added extra peppers as I bought too big of a jar but threw them on anyway. Next time will make some red cabbage coleslaw and some garlic & herb dip. Who needs Dominoes?!
