- 25ml sherryblend (1 part fino sherry, 2 parts orloroso sherry and 2 parts sherry, we used Pedro Ximénez)
- 25ml Campari
- 25ml sweet vermouth
- ice
For the garnish
- small piece of orangezest

Method
step 1
Fill a mixing glass or jug with ice, then pour in the sherry blend, Campari and vermouth, and stir well.

Fill a rocks glass or tumbler with fresh ice, then strain the cocktail into your prepared glass. Garnish with a piece of orange zest. For an extra flourish, cut the zest into a circle with a small cookie cutter or scissors before adding to the drink.
