Sesame baby carrots
This recipe makes the most of baby carrot's sweet young flavour, perfect with the nuttiness of the sesame seeds
- 200g green beans
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- small chunk gingervery finely chopped
- 1 garlic clovecrushed
- 1 tsp sesame seeds

Method
step 1
Cook the beans in a pan of boiling water for 3 mins until tender. Drain. Heat the sesame oil, then cook ginger and garlic for 1 min until fragrant. Stir in the beans, season and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cook for 30 secs until hot through.

This recipe was only ok in my opinion. Whilst the ginger and garlic was fragrant when frying only the oil transferred onto the beans. I used a decent sized garlic clove and a thumbnail size of ginger. I will use more next time. There will be a next time, and hopefully I can update the rating.
