Method

  • step 1

    In a large bowl mix together the rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil and spring onion.

  • step 2

    Use a teaspoon to scrape out the cucumber’s seeds, then slice into halfmoons. Mix into the dressing with the radishes and scatter with coriander. Serve.

Served this tasty salad with burgers. It looks and tastes lovely. The toasted sesame oil gave a delicious twist to the flavours.

Really easy & fresh flavours. I served with the Chipotle Pork and Barbeque Beans and the clean taste really cut through well and made a nice contrast.
