Ingredients
- 140g Philadelphia Intense Garlic & Herbs
- 1 red pepper, deseeded and sliced
- 100g cherry tomatoes
- sourdough crackers
- of Tyrrells salted crisps
- basil leaves
- olive oil (optional)
Method
- STEP 1
Spread the Philadelphia Intense Garlic & Herbs over the middle of a small board (ours was 30 x 20cm) in a thick layer leaving a 5-10cm border.
- STEP 2
Arrange the pepper, tomatoes, crackers and crisps around the cheese. Scatter over the basil and drizzle with olive oil, if using, to serve.
