Method

  • step 1

    Tip the peas into a bowl and pour over boiling water to cover. Leave for 5 mins, then drain well and tip into a food processor with all the other ingredients and seasoning. Pulse to make a rough purée, then spoon into a small bowl. Cover with cling film, and chill until ready to serve.

This is a minimal effort, great result dip. Absolutely delicious and people just love it! Especially for hot summer days when using frozen peas gives a ready-cooled dip, perfect to pair with a glass of Prosecco!

What is a 'serving'? I have looked all over the page - 69 calls per serving, 2g of protein etc. etc. is it 100g? could someone help!!?
