Method

  • step 1

    Arrange 3 slices of the ham on each plate. Slice each peach half into 6 wedges, then scatter these over the ham.

  • step 2

    Shave Parmesan over both plates, then drizzle with a little oil. Scatter with cracked black pepper and chervil, then serve.

Very easy to make and delicious! The fresh peaches in our supermarket weren't ripe so used tinned peaches in juice instead, and a few baby salad leaves instead of chervil, and it turned out great. Will definitely make again.
