- 8 sundried tomatoes
- 8 fresh basil leaves

Method
step 1
Preheat the grill to a high heat. Line a baking sheet with parchment and put 8 ritz crackers on top with a slice of mozzarella on each. Grill for 1 min until the cheese starts to melt.
step 2
Top with a sundried tomato and a basil leaf and sandwich another Ritz cracker on top.
