Ingredients

  • 4 large scoops mango sorbet
  • 2 tbsp passion fruit liqueur (optional)
  • prosecco, for topping up

Method

  • STEP 1

    Put a scoop of mango sorbet into each of four chilled glasses.

  • STEP 2

    Pour over the passion fruit liqueur, if using, then top up with prosecco and serve immediately.
