question

What dip would you recommend making to eat these with?

MandTW

These are amazing! I add a chopped birdseye chilli into the mango chutney as well as on top after cooking. And I up the lime zest quantity too. I can’t cook wings any other way now.

question

Could you do this recipe with Chicken drum sticks - i assume if it is possible just more marinade and longer cooking?

Hi, thanks for your question. Yes absolutely - cooking time shouldn't need to increase too much (just check they're cooked through). Calculate the amount of marinade based on weight of the chicken - this recipe is fine for 1kg of wings or 1kg drumsticks. We hope this helps, BBC Good Food Team.

question

What could you serve with this? Would rice or noodles go well?

Hi, thanks for your question. Yes these would go well with either noodles or rice. They'd also work well with sweet potato wedges and a crunchy slaw (you could try our 'Chilli slaw' or 'Chilli & peanut slaw'). We hope this helps, BBC Good Food Team.
