Method
step 1
Pour the apple juice into a large jug then add the spinach, basil, cucumber, lime and 100ml chilled water.
step 2
Blitz really well with a hand blender until very smooth. Pour into a glass and drink straightaway.

That's a lot of basil but okay as a one off, not sure I could drink it often. Quite a sharp taste.
