Method

  • step 1

    Heat oven to 180C/fan160C /gas 4. Tear 2 pitta breads into crisp-size pieces and brush with 1 tsp oil.

  • step 2

    Sprinkle with lime zest and 1⁄2 tsp chilli flakes.

  • step 3

    Bake for 10 mins until crisp. Sprinkle with salt if you like.

A great success, I took note of other comments about the lime zest and decided not to use just added bit more chili flakes and salt ,incredibly easy to make

Made these today and they were lovely! Very moreish. I used wholewheat pitta bread, chilli flakes, lime zest and a little sea salt at the end. Very, very good and easy to do. Will be something I make often.

OMG these are amazing so simple to do yet so tasty omitted the Lime and added lots of chilli flakes (maybe less next time!) so doing these again
