This was really delicious and refreshing. I don’t like kale normally as I find it very chewy but this was a great way to incorporate it into my diet in an appetising way. I did use the banana for extra sweetness and I liked the hot kick of the ginger too.

Delicious. I don't like ginger and didn't have and cashews so didn't use either of those. And I used pineapple and coconut juice instead of water and it was absolutely lovely
