whe I first saw this recipe, I thought that it would give instructions for making the cookies yourself!! Bit of a let down.

It might not be a recipe in the strictest sense but for someone stuck for something to finish a meal with, then this deserves its place as its simple, quick, light and tastes fine - as long as the ice-cream and biscuits are of good quality!
