Method

  • step 1

    Tip half the raspberries and all of the orange juice in a pan. Simmer until the raspberries soften, about 5 mins.

  • step 2

    Meanwhile stir the oats, milk and 450ml water in a pan over a low heat until creamy. Top with the raspberry compote, remaining raspberries, orange slices, banana, almond butter, goji berries and chia seeds.

Tastes delicious. I used frozen raspberries, also fresh orange juice instead of an orange and only 60 g of porridge oats. I will make this again

The recipe is great, but the instructions could be greatly improved by breaking them down into smaller steps. It would be easier for novices to follow when they are reading and cooking simultaneously.
