- 1 small bananacut into quarters
- 75g frozen avocadocut into chunks
- 350ml fortified soya milkchilled
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 2-3 tsp xylitolor to taste
- 4 tbsp bio yogurtplus extra for topping, if you like
- dark chocolatefinely grated (optional), to serve

Method
step 1
Put the banana, avocado, soya milk, cocoa, xylitol and yogurt in a food processor or blender. Whizz until smooth, then pour into two tall glasses.

Top with some extra yogurt and grate over the chocolate to serve, if you like.
