Method
step 1
Slice the peaches. Wrap a basil leaf and a slice of Serrano ham around each peach slice and put a small cocktail stick through each.

Agree with OLOV. I used tinned peach slices in juice (not syrup which would have been too sweet for us). Great footy snack.
