Method
step 1
Fill a tall glass with ice, then add the gin or vodka.
step 2
Pour over the grapefruit juice, then stir using a long spoon. Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit or slice of lime.
Recipe tip
This recipe works with both freshly squeezed and bottled grapefruit juice – although the freshly squeezed will likely bring a more dominant flavour. You could also add a dash of bitters if you like.
