Made these last night to accompany the Thyme cod dish on Good Foods. Extremely tasty and very simple and quick to put together. Will definitely be making these again as it's such a good way to change up green beans.

Simple and delicious. I usually blanch the beans beforehand and then sauté them with the garlic.

This is a great recipe that accents the freshness of the beans, straight from the garden. I have added chopped walnuts to it from time to time, and at others garnished it with a grating of Parmesan cheese....it's all good. I'd give it five stars out of five.
